Aerials

We can source many different styles of aerials from many different manufacturers depending on your installation and budget.

UHF aerials come in small 1/4wave (15cm) up to high gain 2mtr versions. Because of the frequency, ground plane independent aerials are popular and therefore can be mounted almost anywhere without requiring a good earth connection. Click here to view some aerials we can supply

 

 

Voltage converters

Some vehicles are 24v while your communication devices are 12V. We sell & recommend the Pacific Aerials series of 24-12 switchmode converters.

 

Extension speakers

Sometimes the cab is a bit noisy or your co-pilot moans about the radio blaring away on the dash. Extension speakers come in all sizes complete with 3.5mm plug to get you going quickly.

 

Radio Mounting Brackets

Most radios come with a mounting cradle. Sometimes it gets lost or you want to mount the radio into the dash with appropriate bracket.

Replacement Battery Packs

After a while your internal battery of your portable radio will loose capacity giving you reduced use time. We can source and supply replacement battery packs for most radios.
